3. Products & Services We sell physical products and digital 3D file downloads. Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Digital Downloads Digital products (including 3D files) are delivered electronically. Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

5. Accuracy of Information We are not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

6. Payment We accept payment methods available at checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping & Delivery Physical orders are shipped to supported destinations. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds for physical products are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Digital downloads are excluded from returns except where required by law (including EU consumer rights).

9. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including designs, images, and 3D files — is the property of IDENTIDEM.design and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDENTIDEM.design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
