EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
How to start a return or cancellation: Submit a request directly through your customer account. Go to your Orders, select the relevant order, and follow the prompts.
The 14-day withdrawal period is calculated from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item in your order, and extends over weekends and public holidays.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We will refund the standard outbound shipping cost you paid; we do not refund premium or express shipping upgrades. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to 3D file downloads, which are exempt from return once accessed or downloaded.
All Other Customers — 30-Day Returns, Refunds & Repairs If you are located outside the European Union, you may request a return, refund, or repair within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your refund or arrange a repair within a reasonable timeframe.
